 I chose Free Shipping, but I’d like to overnight my order. Is this possible?
A

Please reach out to us via this form with your order number. As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to provide you some quicker shipping options.

I paid for Express Shipping and my order still hasn’t shipped! I paid to get my order fast! What’s going on?
A

Paying for Express shipping is different than order processing time.

We fulfill orders as they come in as stock allows. Once your order is processed and it is ready to ship, that’s when your expedition will take place.


Most Flat Rate locations will deliver within 1-3 business days.

My order status is Processing, but I haven’t seen any additional updates. What’s going on?
A

There may have been an alert on the product page when you placed an order about a potential shipping delay. We could’ve also run out of stock on an item temporarily.

If all or part of your order is unable to be fulfilled, we will reach out with updated delivery time frames and possible compensation if needed.

I’ve only received my Order Confirmation, but no other communication from you. What do I do?
A

Please check your SPAM and TRASH folders as our emails are sometimes routed into a place other than your Inbox. We could also be experiencing a delay in shipping.

Please be patient as we work through the shipping queue to ensure everyone gets their product as quickly as possible.

What if I need to cancel my order?
A

Please email us with your order number and we will cancel and issue a refund to the payment method used. If your order has already shipped, please refuse delivery so it gets returned to us.

If you’ve already received the order, please fill out the RMA form on our site and we can send you a return label. Most refunds take 3-5 business days to process.

If you'd like to refund due to dissatisfaction and you are within the 30 day period, please follow the above steps.

Orders generally take two full business days to process. You should receive an email with a tracking number and ETA when the order is fulfilled.

Are the optics waterproof?
A

TOURER T20 is with an lP68 rating, these devices are water-resistant in fresh water up to 1.5 meters deep for a maximum of 30 minutes.
LEAP L3/L6 is fortified with an lP67 waterproof rating, offering robust protection against water intrusion.

Do the scopes come with rings, and what size scope rings do they require?

Yes. The RIX scopes come with a selection of standard 30’ mm diameter rings that will fit picatinny rail mounting options.

Do I need to buy a separate illuminator for the T20?
A

No, you don’t. The T20 scope comes with a powerful 5W 940nm IR illuminator.

Once I place my order on your website, how long will it take for my package to arrive?

Typically, packages are delivered within 5-10 business days. If an item is on backorder, we will list it as such on our website, or reach out to you directly to notify you of the delay.

Are Thermal & Night Vision products legal to use in my state of residence? What if I’m just using the Imager & Range Finder?

We ship products all across the United States, but with constant change in hunting regulations (some of which are even county/region specific) it is hard for us to track. We always urge you to research online or simply call your local “Parks & Wildlife Department” for up-to-date information. RIX Optics is not responsible or liable if you use our products out of state & local regulation.
