RETURNS

Return, Repair or Replacement

We strive to ensure that your experience with us is effortless and trouble-free. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return most items within 30 days of receiving them for exchange or a full refund. In case you have return inquiries beyond the 30-day window, kindly reach out to our customer service for repair or replacement.

Return Conditions

1. Items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used or broken), in the original manufacturer’s packaging, and with all original contents included, e.g., instruction manuals, accessories, and additional components. We will provide shipping label within 30-day window. RIX Optics reserves the final right to determine if it is in fact, a new condition. If it is decided the product is not in new condition, we will contact customer to decide either partial refund or shiping back at customer’s expense

2. All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

3. Requires the return of all promotional items and/or gifts included with your purchase, including free gift certificates with purchase. In addition, RIX Optics is currently unable to accept partial returns on kits or on any bundled goods. Incomplete returns will be sent back at customer’s expense.

Please notify us as soon as possible after you send your return by emailing  support@rix-nv.com and providing the tracking number. Once we receive the item, we will either replace the item or give you a refund. This will be issued within 3 days.

No return is accepted without authorization

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

In very rare cases, your order may be damaged during shipping due to various reasons. In such case, please contact our customer service team via support@rix-nv.com with a clear photo and/or video of the production condition and we will help you with the issue immediately.

NOTICE: Please make sure that you must notify us of the damaged product issue within 3 days from the date of receipt. Claims made longer than 3 days will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

A refund will be processed within 3 business days from receiving the product(s) that  in New Condition.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method that was used to pay for the order
